Hi, I’m David Stephen, a REALTOR® based right here in Calgary. Having lived in Southwest Calgary for the bulk of my life, I know the neighbourhoods inside and out.  For me, real estate isn’t just about buying or selling houses; it’s about helping people find that perfect solution that fits their lifestyle and  feels like a home.

Before becoming a REALTOR®, I spent years working as a radio producer and podcast creator. My career took me to many places and in 2021, I purchased my first home.   That sparked a deep passion for real estate. I quickly developed a true appreciation for the journey – including the joys that come with finding your dream property and successfully selling that property when the time is right.

My skills in radio sharpened my skills in communication, problem-solving, and building relationships — all of which I now bring to my real estate career. I have learned the importance of preparation, quick thinking, negotiations and (most of all) making people feel both heard and valued.

My clients describe me as knowledgeable, enthusiastic, hard working, approachable, and easy to work with. I believe buying or selling a home should be exciting, not stressful. That’s why I make it a priority to listen first, provide clear guidance, and keep the process as smooth as possible.
